I'm unable to make my appointment, what can I do?
We are making every effort to ensure newly appointment and rescheduled tests meet your original requests times slots and ideal dates. However, due to the large number of tests we have had to reschedule and the rising demand for the test following the easing of the lockdown, most centres now have limited availability and popular appointment times such as early mornings and Saturdays may not be available. Some centres in high volume areas such as London, Newcastle and Manchester have waiting lists of around four to six weeks.
If you have been issued a new appointment which is either unsuitable or you are unable to attend, please e-mail email@example.com ASAP with your full name and booking number. We can reschedule tests for free but need to receive your requires at least 84 hours prior to the start of your test. In addition, we appreciate your waiting time may be longer than expected and receive many requests for earlier dates. In every case, we aim to ensure your new appointment date is the first that is available in your area.
