Making your booking/Amending your booking

All bookings are made subject to availability and we cannot guarantee the availability of your requested test centre, date or time slot. We will always endeavour to book your chosen test centre (or centre’s) and within 7 days of your selected date and time slot. Where we cannot meet these requirements a member of the UK Construction Cards booking team will contact you via e-mail or phone to find a suitable centre, date and time before processing your booking.

UK Construction Cards will endeavour to ensure all your details are correct and meet the requirements of the test centres, however, this is your responsibility to ensure these are correct. We cannot be held responsible for booking errors or missed tests due to incorrect details provided by you via our booking form. Should we believe there is an error, a member of the CSCS booking team will contact you to clarify or change these details. If you are aware of an error you have made during booking, please contact us at info@ukconstructioncards.org ASAP stating your full name and booking reference number.

*Bookings can only be amended up to 84 hours before your test. If we do not receive your amendments within this time your details cannot be changed and you may be ineligible to take your test.

Although we provide information on the required eligibility, it is your responsibility to ensure you meet the test criteria and can provide the required identification when required to do so.

Test Centre Availability

Test centres are automatically chosen for you based on your postcode. These are suggested selections and can be changed to any test centre that you prefer. Most test centres operate Monday to Saturday 8am until 6pm. However, some test centres only run on selected or restricted dates and times due to local demands or restrictions. In some cases, we may not be able to provide an appointment at your selected test centre. If this is the case we will book you in at your selected alternative location. If this is also unavailable we will look for the nearest test centre within 15 miles of your postcode.

ASAP Bookings

When you select ASAP we will endeavour to find you the first available test at any centre within 15 miles of your postcode. This may not be one of your selected centres and may not be on one of your listed prefered dates. Any date we allocate under the terms of "ASAP" will be within the minimum timeframe required to reschedule. Therefore once we allocate a test time and date this will not be eligible for rescheduling or cancellation.

Please ensure that if you are selecting "ASAP" you understand these terms and are willing to travel to any centre within 15 miles of your postcode and can attend at any time of the day.

Group Bookings

All group bookings are subject to the same terms as individual bookings. In addition, individual bookings within a group booking are non-transferable as you are booking on behalf of the individuals and not pre-booking or reserving appointment slots.
