In order to take the CITB health safety and environment test, you must be able to produce valid photo ID to verify your identity. This will need to be either a passport (of any nationality) or a valid UK driving licence. Your ID must show a clear photograph, be signed by the candidate and in date at the time of your test.
If you are unable to provide valid photo ID as listed above, you will need two forms of secondary ID, one from list A and one from list B. If you are unable to meet the secondary ID requirements you will need to complete an ID waiver form complete with a countersigned photograph. **Candidates who are not able to provide the required ID on arrival at the test centre will be turned away and will lose their test fee.
List A
Any ID from this list must show a clear picture of the candidate and their printed full name. ID from this list must be accompanied by one additional ID from list 2. All ID must be in date at the time of the test.
